Hello, I’m Lorena. I’m a certified  RTT® Hypnotherapist and offer my clients a compassionate experience of connection and authenticity, to empower them to step away from limiting beliefs and live their best. My own experience  as a client inspired me to pursue a career as a hypnotherapist. I saw the influence, the impact that it had in my life and made a decision to help others.


Unlike traditional therapy, the method I use is designed to deliver rapid, permanent results to people who are struggling with physical or emotional pains. Think of it like a big reset button that clears your cache of obstructive thoughts, to leave you clear to tackle life head on!


I’ve helped clients around the world from my San Francisco location. I’m an active member of the International Association of Counselors and Therapists. 

What is hypnotherapy?

Each person will have a unique hypnotherapy experience.
When you’re under hypnosis, you’re more receptive to suggestions, which can make it easier to make real progress and change. You have easier access to your subconscious mind, which is usually very well protected. So, if you’ve been resistant to change, either consciously or unconsciously, tapping into this state lets the therapist help you change behaviors, beliefs and how you feel. RTT® Hypnotherapy combines the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Psychotherapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. During a session I’ll take you through a process to relax and focus your mind, no bizarre Hollywood-style behavior. Hypnotherapy cannot force you to do something you don’t want to.

What to expect



First of all, I’m happy to meet you! Please book a free 20 min over the phone consultation to get to know each other, ask questions, discuss your needs and figure out if we’ll make a good team. If we decide to progress, we’ll then book your hypnotherapy session.



I’ll take you through a process to relax and focus your mind. This state is similar to sleep, but your mind will be very focused and more able to respond to suggestions. You are still conscious and aware in this state: as your body relaxes, your mind becomes more open to the therapist’s gentle suggestions. Sessions typically run 2 hours (as every session is different)
