Experiences are different for everyone. Almost everyone agrees that it is a very calming experience overall. Some people are able to physically sense the energy as tingling sensations, small waves, or fluctuations in temperature. These sensations might vary in intensity. Some people experience the energy as both profoundly calming and spiritual.
