Change begins with embodied safety.

Even if you understand your trauma, your attachment style, your patterns, awareness alone does not create safety. Until your body feels safe without protective strategies, it will continue to use them. Not because you’re failing. Because you adapted.

My work focuses on creating embodied safety at that level. When your nervous system feels safe being visible, connected, and fully expressed, your identity shifts. When safety lives in the body, you stop trying to become someone else. Change becomes integrated.

You move through your life as yourself, without managing who you have to be.

My work focuses on helping your nervous system feel safe in situations that once triggered protection.


We work with the parts of you that learned to protect, creating safety at the identity level so those strategies are no longer necessary.

Insight matters. But real change happens beyond understanding alone, through experience that can be felt, integrated, and lived. Clarity does not automatically change your life.


We update your internal blueprint at the nervous system and subconscious identity level.

Your guide - Lorena

Hi, I’m Lorena.

My way of working grew out of my own experience of reaching a point where effort, insight, and doing “all the right things” no longer worked. I could understand myself. I could name patterns. And still, something wasn’t shifting. That moment mattered. It showed me that some changes don’t happen by trying harder or knowing more. They happen when there is enough space, attention, and care for what is actually present.

That’s how I work now. Rather than following a single method or a preset structure, I stay close to what is happening in the moment. I draw from different forms of inner work as needed, shaping each session around what feels ready and what can be held. 

What matters to me is having the range to meet each person where they are  so change can take place in a way that is lived, steady, and real.
